Jet Powers and The Soul Legion
All you hipsters, flipsters and chrome plated daddies! Take a hip tip and look up, down and all around for the man and the band that hound down the ground poundin’ sound! It’s the boss with the hot sauce, the geator with the heater, the band with more soul than they can control… Jet Powers & The Soul Legion! This soul and rock & roll band are dedicated to recreating the look and sound of an authentic 1960’S R&B group and the hit songs of that era. The lineup of drums, bass, guitar, horns, two vocalists and two go-go dancers lay down the smooth groovers and cool movers made famous by James Brown, Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett, The Temptations, Smokey Robinson, The Righteous Brothers, Sam Cooke, Little Richard and The Young Rascals.

Jet Powers & The Soul Legion!
The band’s visual impact is totally in line with the era of their music. Featured on stage are go-go dancers in mod mini dresses and knee high boots. The band are in narrow lapelled jackets, thin ties, stovepipe pants and pompadour hairstyles while playing vintage guitars and drums and singing into 1960’s chromed microphones.
If you enjoyed The Commitments or The Blues Brothers or are a fan of classic 1960’S Rock and Soul music, you need to hear Jet Powers & The Soul Legion!
