Your booking reference number is found in the top right hand side of your invoice.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, your payment is completely secure. We use trusted and encrypted payment gateways including NAB SecureBill Payment and American Express Payment Logic. These services are PCI-compliant and meet the highest security standards.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, we provide our details directly to ensure a safe and direct transaction.

 

Do you store my credit card details?

No, we do not store any credit card details. When you choose to pay by Visa or Mastercard, you’re securely redirected to NAB’s payment portal. For American Express payments, you’re taken directly to the Amex’s payment portal. All transactions are processed through these secure, external providers, so no payment information is stored on Instinct’s systems.

How do I confirm that my payment was successful?

After you make a payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email directly from the payment provider (NAB or Amex). This will include your payment details and a transaction reference.

If you’ve paid via bank transfer, we recommend keeping a copy of your transaction receipt. You’re also welcome to contact us anytime to confirm we’ve received your payment.
