The Bazkatz Roving Band are perfect for light, roving entertainment at private functions and corporate events. Swing and Latin, Folk and Blues, Continental.
The BAZKATZ is at it core some of Brisbane’s most recognised musicians, named after our drumming legend, Mr Barry Sutton! The group is anything from a duo to a quartet to suit various event moods with the addition of lead vocals and multi-instrumentalists – perfect for outdoor settings
Our 2 to 4 piece band “The BAZKATZ” will entertain you and your guests with a refreshing acoustic style; The “BAZKATZ” perform with commitment and passion for what they do.
Swing, Rhythm and Blues, Latin, Folk and Continental

The BAZKATZ Trio features a mobile set up with piano accordion, upright bass and percussion and vocals. Their repertoire ranges from latin and mainstream jazz to a more continental sound. The Kats are Sam Pace on accordion, Barry Sutton on drums and harmonica and Julie Witney on guitar & double bass – all are vocalists. For the quartet add Mark Pradella on clarinet and sax.
