Carl Riseley is a passionate jazz musician – singer, trumpet player, songwriter and entertainer…

His career was launched from the 2007 series of Australian Idol. Over the past couple of years he has taken a step back from the music scene to realise another goal which was commercial Airline flying.
He is now announcing a comeback to the industry and we want you to know about it.

Carl believes Jazz has a strong position with huge potential growth within the Australian music world and corporate scene – it is incredibly flexible and Carl’s band can offer all different types of entertainment needs – all in the one night. From classical dinner music, classic jazz trio to an energetic 16 piece big band!
Since the ’2007’ series of Australian Idol, Carl signed with Universal Music producing 2 esteemed albums “The Rise” – TOP 5 Aria Chart and “The Stillest Hour” No. 1 Jazz Aria Chart awards.
He has extensive experience within the highly dynamic, ever changing environment of the CORPORATE Music Scene, playing and entertaining for some ofAustralia’s biggest brands including Toyota, PWC, The Starlight Foundation, Brookfield Multiplex, The Flying Doctors, BMW, Mitre 10 and many more.
Carl’s experience in live entertainment and corporate entertainment also extends to Playing at; The Crown Palladium/Docklands (VIC)/Hamilton Island/The TV Show ‘Neighbours’/Crown Casino/Hilton (VIC)/Star City/NSW Art Gallery/Melbourne Cup/Sydney & Melbourne Town Halls/Sky City Darwin/Charity Balls/Dream Balls (Sebel Hotel) and so on.
