Venus was amazing! I have never before seen people dancing BEFORE dinner. They definitely made the night for us. The dance floor was never empty, and they got everyone involved. Hi Steve, I just wanted to thank you for the talent you found for our cocktail party and Saturday night dinner.

It’s the first time we have had a cocktail party through our trade exhibit and it was a big hit with both the guests and the exhibitors. Bootman Jazz are a nice bunch of guys, great musicians and were perfect for our party. Stan is a caricaturist and comedian rolled into one and Billy amazed everyone. I particularly asked them to pay a bit more attention to our sponsor for the night and they didn’t let me down. The sponsor said she laughed so much at Stan she had a sore face.

Rhythm Brazil were amazing. Even the sound guy at the dinner said they had some instruments he’d never seen and it was so good to see something different at a corporate gala dinner.

Just a quick email to let you know that Benedictine were fantastic on Wednesday night.

We really needed to ensure we gradually brought up the volume throughout the evening so that guests could network during dinner without having to compete with the music. The band was very understanding and ensured that they only performed soft background music early in the evening. The dance set was excellent as it inspired so many guests to hit the dancefloor. Guests chanted “One More, One More” when they announced it was their final song.

Both Glenn and Kristy were very professional and kept to the schedule without me having to chase them to get back on stage. They are really nice people to work with and I will be sure to recommend them to future clients.

Just wanted to give you the feedback from the conference delegates and committee at the VPNG conference last Friday. All thought Tumba Rumba were great. One comment on the evaluation forms was “super finale” and another “the music band idea – fantastic”. Lots of people asked me where I got them from. Everyone had a great time so thought I would give you this info to pass on to Neda and the boys. Still cant believe we were all playing music. It was great.
