Tanya George and her guitarist have been singing jazz/soul with a contemporary twist at my Venue “House of Pan” monthly now, booking out each gig. They are highly professionally at their gigs. Without a doubt, they grab the attention of people with a click of a finger. Musically and vocally they are so entertaining without being overbearing to an audience, hence their Tanya’s Jazz training. Two musicians perfect for venues who are looking for this kind of duo act. I highly recommend them to people, events and venues, they will not be disappointed as Tanya George is one of the best in Melbourne that I have come across.

At our initial meeting with Sam, we knew right then and there that Soulacious were going to be one of the highlights of the most important evening of our lives.

Their attention to detail, professionalism and an emphasis on a personalized service is what differentiated Soulacious to any of the other bands we had previously spoken to.

Soulacious were accommodating and versatile as we had also opted to use Sam as our emcee. What impressed us even more is they had wholeheartedly embraced the idea of performing our requested wedding song live for our guests.

When our big night finally arrived, what we had envisioned for the night did not even compare to the events that had unfolded. Sam’s emceeing was absolutely captivating and the band could not be any more compelling as our guests had even stopped through their entree’s to have a dance! The reaction from our guests as Soulacious had performed our first dance song ‘I Knew I Loved You’ by Savage Garden is indescribable – our guests had gasped and had awed at how beautiful and romantic they had made our special request sound.

Soulacious really do know how to turn it up as Jona had even joined the guests on the dance floor whilst performing and had even shared a dance with Rae! Talk about getting the crowd involved! Each member of the band had even approached us to give us their well wishes, which had sealed the deal – we are definitely life long fans of Soulacious.

Words cannot even describe how thankful we are for having you at our wedding and we look forward to supporting you in the future.

Just a quick note to tell you how fantastic our “Gold Statue Lady” was on Friday night. She was an absolute highlight of the evening – she interacted so well with the guests at pre-dinner drinks and we’ve had so many comments on how great she was.
