Making sure the food, wine, décor etc is good is easy – getting the atmosphere right is really hard.  All I have heard all day is how you made the night. People are cracking up as they talk about the event

The guys may have been in the smallest room of the night but it was the most jam packed and popular space! Hopefully they enjoyed themselves because we certainly did… At the end of the day we had a great event and the client was over the moon so that’s the main thing. The Mariachi band were incredible! They created a huge buzz at the event and surpassed all our expectations. All went fantastically. The band was just as we expected, bloody awesome! So many guests said it was the best wedding band ever! And it was the first time that I’d ever seen a wedding band do an encore for the guests who were yelling “one more! one more!”
 
To add my feedback, of all of the services fantastically arranged by my awesome wife, the band was the standout. If you have any future booking enquiries who would like a review I’d be happy to provide this. I’ll be letting them know that the brass is a must!

They had a great set list – covering songs that people know and like. The challenge in finding cover artist is finding one that isn’t cheesy and these guys were not that – the acoustic set was perfect for the audience and Felicity has a great, and different voice.

They were incredible on the night!  The sound from the 8-piece arrangement was truly fantastic.  A number of our guests commented on how great the sound from the band was, and having been to quite a few weddings ourselves last year, I can say from personal experience that Payback were easily the best we’ve seen and heard”.
Special thanks to them for going to the trouble to transpose and learn the song for our first dance.  We really appreciate the extra effort that went into this.
I will recommend Payback to anyone looking for a wedding band.  Some of our friends are already asking!
