Recently we secured Soul Chic to play at a corporate dinner at our venue, located within Victoria University. As we were working on behalf our client, it was very important that the band lived up to expectations. There was no doubt at all from the very beginning. The repertoire they played was highly suited to this type of audience and it was really evident the players were loving what they do. Georga, heading up the band was a delight to work with. I write to express my thanks for Instinct Music’s and your kind support of our 120 Celebration Ball held last Saturday night at The Glasshouse.  What a fabulous night our guests enjoyed to mark the School’s 120th Anniversary and the occasion was a very happy one.

Thank you for arranging the Golden Statues to greet our guests at the entrance of The Glasshouse – a wonderful and unexpected welcome for our guests on their arrival and it certainly set the tone for the remainder of the night.  Our thanks to Ebony and Tiffany for their dedicated efforts during the night to ensure our guests were entertained in such a charming manner.  Our Committee were delighted that the Statues created a fabulous additional layer onto our anniversary celebrations to ensure it was marked in such a celebratory and festive way.  Trust the girls enjoyed their performance as much as our guests enjoyed them. Please pass on our thanks to Ebony, Tiffany and to Elissa their manager for their time, talents and efforts dedicated to us.

We were absolutely thrilled, of course, to also raise good funds for our girls. Over the next couple of years the School will be undertaking the Her Future Begins Here campaign to support the School’s vision that our girls receive the best education possible to become ‘women of the future’ as Miss Jeanie Hood envisaged when she opened the School 120 years ago. Funds raised from the 120 Celebration Ball will support that vision and benefit all our students.
