I have booked Roving Dancers for the inaugural launch of La Dolce Italia Festival in February 2010 to do some street dancing in an area where it was required to have some vibrancy and excitement to draw the crowd. They certainly did that with gusto. It was great to see that a large crowd was not only drawn by them, but that they also joined in and danced with them.

Emilio is a tremendously enthusiastic and passionate performer and has a wonderful skill of bringing fun to a festival.

Thank you so much for lining up Chunky Jam for our wedding party at the Harbour Room in St Kilda. The band was first class, we didn’t stop dancing, and the party was fantastic. They were so professional and picked the playlist perfectly. I won’t forget the last song they played – ‘Cosmic Girl’ – which was a great way to end the night.

Property Investment Research has held an annual conference since the early 1990s with a focus on bringing together property fund managers and investors from Australia and globally. For the first time in October 2012, we decided to go international and hold it in the spectacular setting of Queenstown, New Zealand. For such a breathtaking setting, and with considerable investment into an overseas conference, we needed an emcee to match

Sam McCool came strongly recommended and then meeting him in person, I felt comfortable that he could handle the strong personalities in attendance>Gala Dinner. Not only did Sam conduct himself professionally, in the emcee role, but his stand up comedy section was a highlight of the conference. He performed two sets, learning enough about each person during the show and innovate his act in a way that made it a very memorable evening.

He carefully and selectively picked out all the people we had suggested could handle a little and tread the line of good taste beautifully while keeping people roaring with laughter the whole time. Overall an endearing performance. Sam is the kind of emcee who is wonderful to have join you on an overseas conference as he is not only happy to emcee the event, and perform tailored comedy, but he is also very sociable outside the conference room, and even funnier when the group is out socialising. As an indication of how well he connected to them, post-­conference many of the delegates requested his details to host their own events in future. I would gladly recommend Sam for your events.
