Zhao Liang – Chinese Harpist
Singaporean born, Zhao is a brilliant artist, starting to learn the gu-zheng when she was only six. After the many years of learning, she began teaching the Chinese Harp in 2004, and began improvising and creating music with other musicians from various cultures.

Biography
Singaporean born, Zhao is a brilliant artist, starting to learn the gu-zheng when she was only six.
After the many years of learning, she began teaching the Chinese Harp in 2004, and began improvising and creating music with other musicians from various cultures.
She has also been conducting workshops in schools and at Universities, with the latest collaborations with The Confucius Institute at University of Adelaide.
Over the years, Zhao has become a well-known Chinese musician in South Australia for promoting the Chinese Arts and Music. She has been in several public & private performances, ranging from the South Australian Olympics Appeal Dinner in both 2007 & 2008, 2007 OzAsia Festival Opening Event & 2008 Adelaide Fringe Festival with “East Meets West”.
