Biography

The Ding-a-lings are a Quartet specializing in Rhythm & Blues/rock & roll from the 50’s and 60’s, as well as Jazz at its finest. They have over 10 years professional experience in performing with one another in various ensembles as well as collaborating with other well known artists in significant shows and events across the country.

Early in the night, they can play Instrumental Jazz tunes from the swinging ‘post 1930’s’ & ‘pre 1969’ era. They then fire up for a couple of dance sets, launching into vocal driven tunes from the 50’s & 60’s that are predominantly by the rock & roll legend Chuck Berry. The Ding-a-lings also play tunes by Fats Domino, Bo Diddley, Hank Williams and other artists.

The Ding-a-lings can add 1 extra soloist (being tenor or baritone Saxophone)

Testimonials

We just returned from Melbourne a couple of days ago.  What can I say about your service other than it was excellent.  Enigma Strings were amazing and played everything we wanted with no issues at all.  We were very impressed by their style and I had numerous comments and questions about how I found them.    The Dingalings were also excellent.  I also received great feedback regarding their music.  They were simply great and the entire experience was a lot of fun.  I am really happy that I found your company and those musicians – they were AMAZING.  Everyone had a great time listening to the string quartet and then dancing to the Dingalings.

Thanks again and feel free to use my comments to forward to the musicians or to use on your website.

Cheers,

Dave and Sarah
