Sapphire String Quartet is a highly experienced group based at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. All members are leading professional soloists, chamber and orchestral musicians in Australia. They recently performed for the Apec Summit 2007 at the Sydney Opera House in September.

Biography
Sapphire String Quartet is a highly experienced group based at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. All members are leading professional soloists, chamber and orchestral musicians in Australia. They recently performed for the Apec Summit 2007 at the Sydney Opera House in September.
The member has won major prizes in both national and international music competitions, such as Gold medal at the Kocian Music competition in Prague and Silver medal at the Gisborne Music competition in New Zealand. Their performances include concerts at the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Entertainment Centre, Llewellyn Hall in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne Town Hall, St. Andrews Cathedral, Art Gallery of New South Wales. TV appearances on Kerri-Anne show, Global Village, Darren Hayes video-clip; radio broadcasts on ABC classic FM, 2MBS, Concert FM in NZ and overseas performances in Japan, Prague, China, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Germany, Taiwan and Norway.
