Biography
Anna (aka Miss Rockette) is a Melbourne based performer specialising in Duo acrobatics, Trapeze and Hoola Hoops.
Formerly trained in gymnastics and dance she has over seven years performance experience including working with world renown Strange Fruit (Performance Company) and touring and performing in Europe, America, Mexico, Canada, UK, Middle East, Africa, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Australia.
Anna is known for her diverse skill range and unique performance combinations drawing on her extensive background to create innovative and lively shows. Her repertoire is vast and varied to include international festivals and events, corporate launches, cabaret and burlesque. Anna has hoola hooped on Kerri Anne (Morning TV show) and performed aerials for Prince Edward.
Some of her major appearances include Le Festival Grande Rire in Quebec (2004), Opening of the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong (2005), The Big Day Out (2006 & 2008), and touring for Carlsberg in Malaysia (2007). Anna was a feature performer in Red Door Burlesque 2007 at The Order of Melbourne and has returned for their second season in 2008 performing trapeze and hoola hoops. She recently featured in the Powderfinger film clip Nobody Sees.
