Biography

Hailing from the seaside of Mount Martha, Melbourne, Madison Daniel is a 20 year old actress and singer-songwriter who enjoys collecting patterned socks. First introduced to playing music by her grandfather who taught her the art of piano, she soon picked up the guitar and never put it down.

At the tender age of 13 Madison made her first appearance on television playing ‘Claudia Howard’ on her favourite show everyone knows as ‘Neighbours’, later returning to the iconic series at age 15 as a different character ‘Josie Lamb’ for several years. Her other credits include ‘Winners and Losers’ and playing Hugo Weavings daughter ‘Rachel’ in 2017 ABC series ‘Seven Types Of Ambiguity’.

Influenced by her jazz and blues multi-instrumentalist grandfather, her rock band singing Auntie, her dads rock n roll tastes and her mums alternative likes, Madison wants to go against the grain and explore all genres, with the only aspiration in mind to evoke emotion from her words and sounds.

A versatile artist, Madison’s influences led her to writing tracks from sad love ballads to acoustic-rap and whilst in Australia you will find her playing at weddings, busking on the street and pouring her heart out at several venues, paired with her guitar.

Madison has begun to weave her way into the wonders of the music industry by just releasing her euphonious narrative ‘Love Is Love’, a depiction of the world without judgement, without bias, to celebrate the recent legalization of same-sex marriage in Australia. Love is Love and its remix has already been added to several commercial radio stations playlists across Australia and is building it’s online presence across the globe with its just released music video.
