Human Rhythms Team Building

Human Rhythms use music and rhythm to inspire and motivate teams of people. Over 100,000 people around the world have experienced Human Rhythms at a conference, seminar or workshop. Human Rhythms prides itself on being at the leading edge of the corporate team building industry.

We have a truly unique product that, due to its non-verbal nature, is relevant to all cultures and all ages. So if you are having an event for 10 people or 10,000 people and you are looking for a way to unify, motivate and inspire your team, we will bring a drum for each delegate and within a few minutes, and without one word being spoken, we will have your team achieving far more than they ever believed possible!

The drum circle has been the focal point of communities throughout man’s civilisation. Now Human Rhythms brings this timeless, unifying experience to corporate Australia. Irrespective of the theme of your next conference, your underlying objective will be to motivate and unite your team. Human Rhythms will enable you to achieve these goals by facilitating interactive, creative team building. The benefits of the drum circle have been experienced on 3 continents by companies such as BMW, Sun Microsystems and Nestle.

The time is 1.30pm and the delegates are about to enter the auditorium for the post lunch session of a 3 day seminar. Their expressionless faces start showing signs of life as they are met by rhythmic progressions coming out to greet them at the room’s entrance.

Enthusiasm engulfs them, as they realise that pen and paper have been replaced by drums! At this point, the facilitators guide everyone through a series of simple beats and exercises turning 200 individuals into into 1 orchestrated group. Topics include: Anyone Can Do It, Breaking Down Barriers, Emphasising Creativity, Emphasising Independence of Colleagues, Increasing Team Spirit, Non Confrontational and Non Competitive and Taking Communication To New Levels.
