HL Duo

Biography

The HL Duo are a contemporary acoustic duo originally from Adelaide, SA. They have been playing together for nearly 4 years, with a wide range of repertoire and styles. They perform as their full time profession, and love to travel with their music. They are pleased to be partners for both life and work, and feel that this adds a special element to their music duo. Their act consists of duo vocals, guitar and percussion or piano.

Our style is contemporary pop with many different genres woven through that. We have a balance of modern and classic and have over 250 songs in our repertoire. We are very experienced in our duo here in Adelaide. For the last 4 years we have played 3-4 cover shows a week, at a variety of venues including both public and private performances. We generally play in hotels and bars, working through agencies who provide entertainment for such venues. We also play private events and have recently toured Victoria with a Fleetwood Mac tribute show we do. We are both strong lead vocalists and we play guitars, piano and percussion (both of us could sing and play instruments simultaneously if desired). We have played at many private functions and weddings, and have plenty of repertoire to suit all ages and events.
