Melbourne Musicians Guilty Rose are a young talented group providing a unique, unrivalled, entertainment experience. Performing a combination of R&B/Dance/Soul/Funk/Pop tunes (with a little bit of rock) from the 50’s to now playing only the greatest tunes from artists like Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Cee Lo Green, Usher, Ne-yo, TLC, Blackstreet, Black Eyed Peas, and heaps more.

Guilty Rose will have you dancing, singing and partying throughout the night, we mash-up songs, remix tunes, and put our own spin on everything, it’s not uncommon to hear a song played a differently each time.

We carefully select our very unique playlist. We give you a live band experience but take the role of DJ, by mixing songs together and changing with the crowd, not forcing the crowd to change with us. When you see Guilty Rose you won’t be stuck watching some tired old renditions of Jessie’s Girl, Living on a Prayer, or the Nut Bush. We play good music and we’re not a human JukeBox, we reinvent the music so you’ll fall in love with your favourite songs all over again.

Guilty Rose consists of 4 singers/front people each with a large amount of performance experience and vocal training, and 15 musicians who amongst them have supported 30 different solo artists on national tours, including stars from the X-Factor and The Voice 2012/13/14/15 TV series. Guilty Rose helped to build the reputation and atmosphere at The Deck, Frankston from opening night with a 2.5 year residency, as well as residencies at The Manhattan (Ringwood), Bridie O’Reillys (Chapel Street), Young & Jackson’s (Melb CBD), Lamby’s Bar (Geelong) and various performances at venues like Groove Bar (Crown), Croxton Hotel, Elephant & Wheelbarrow (Melb CBD and St Kilda). Guilty Rose also performed functions for numerous corporate clients including Oaks Day at Flemington Racecourse, Crown, Ballarat Grammar, Billanook College and The Feather Foundation. We have also performed at a large number of weddings and private parties.

We operate mainly as a 5 piece (1 singer, keys, guitar, bass, drums) and a 6 piece (2 singers, keys, guitar, bass, drums), we also offer 4 piece, trio and duo.
Stewart as the founding singer of the band, is likely to be the most available and preferred option. (Performs well with Joshua and Lauren. Available for all packages)
Lauren is our female singer, very available and versatile performer. (Performs well with all other singers. Available for all packages.)
Jimmy is a very strong singer and performer, also very available. (Performs well with Joshua and Lauren. Available for all packages)
Joshua sings mostly the R&B/Soul repertoire and is the least available performer. However, Joshua loves to perform with Guilty Rose and when available will jump at the right gig offer (Performs well with all other singers. Available for all packages. Corporates, Weddings, Private parties only.)
The original backing band consists of 4 members, however we have expanded to include 3 people for every instrument. This has opened our availabilities to have up to 3 bands performing at one time.
