David Mann

Biography

David Mann is the longest serving member of 3AW with this year marking his 35th year at the Station.

He is Promotions & Marketing Manager for 3AW 693 and Magic 1278 in Melbourne and also, on a National basis, looks after the Fairfax Radio Network including 2UE Sydney, 4BC Brisbane, 5AA Adelaide and 6PR Perth.

In David’s media career has covered many areas including working on-air for fifteen years as well as occupying other roles such as Production Manager and Creative Director.

David was awarded an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) For service to the community through a range of police, nursing, heritage and emergency services organisations” in the Australia Day National Honours List in January 2006. In March 2007, David was appointed to the Committee of the Order of Australia Association (Victorian Branch).
