In order to make the distance High Performers now need the ability to Switch On when they have to and Off when they can.

Andrew May is a leading expert on performance, productivity and personal leadership. He has spent the past 15 years perfecting the art and science of performance as both an elite athlete and also the former Physical Performance Manager for the Australian Cricket team.

Andrew is the resident performance expert on the Today Show and a regular on 2UE. As a forward thinking entrepreneur, Andrew also co-founded of Good Health Solutions, Australia’s largest corporate health consultancy.

At the heart of Andrews ‘Switched On’ philosophy is an understanding that we all have the power to control our internal thoughts, our energy levels and therefore our ability to effectively lead both others and ourselves.
Throughout the day we all make decisions that either ramp up or drain away our available energy stores.

Andrew’s presentations teach audiences how to recognise and move between different performance zones, in addition to the importance of taking regular time out to re-energise and reconnect to our goals.
